My passion for fitness started as a child. Spending a lot of time at the ballpark growing up, I began playing sports at a very young age. I began weight training in high school as I played varsity softball. From then on, healthy living became a natural part of my life. I am currently in college planning to pursue a career in Physical Therapy while continuing my passion for fitness. As much as I thoroughly enjoy exercising, I also love to motivate and challenge others to exercise. I hope to have the opportunity to share with you my enthusiasm for fitness and to help you along the way of your own fitness journey!

I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life! I have a passion for motivating others to love fitness and exercise as much as I do. You can achieve so much more in life with a finely tuned body.
I come with a determination to help those that are dedicated to achieve their fitness goals.
The goal of exercise is to train the parts of the body that cannot be seen by looking in the mirror. Your outward appearance is just a by-product of ongoing, disciplined hard work and challenging yourself. I believe that the continuous quest for progression in fitness and competitive sports not only encourages physical activity but also builds self-esteem and promotes a healthy means for self-expression. All of this adds up to an overall healthy body!
