Would I want to participate every month in FusionFit Bootcamp?
While you certainly may, my suggestion would be at least commit to a 3 month challenge to help jump start your fitness goals!  By this point you will be seeing some REAL RESULTS!!   You may also choose to change up your routine a bit and maybe one month participate in a Bootcamp, the next month a Kettlebell class and/or add in some Personal Training sessions.  I will work with you to develop an appropriate course of action for your individualized fitness goals! My promise is to keep all the classes challenging and engaging for YOU!  The benefit of group classes like this are threefold. Working out in a group provides support, accountability, and structure. You not only create a support group of individuals who hold you accountable to show up and give it your best but a class can help you move past a plateau — if you want to push yourself a little bit and improve. FusionFit Bootcamp gives you an opportunity to get some personal attention from a trainer without having to pay the standard 35-45 dollars per hour.
